To report a new claim, please submit the "Report A Claim" form under the Quick Links below. To report a new claim by phone during regular business hours, please call 617-723-3800 or 1-800-392-6108 (MA) or 1-800-851-8978 (USA). To report an emergency claim during non-business hours please call 1-800-297-3554 and follow the instructions.

Company Closure

MPIUA will be closing at 12:00pm on 7/24/2024 due to an employee summer outing. The office will reopen Thursday, 7/25/2024 at 8:00am

Insured Portal Available

A new Insured Portal is now available! This portal allows insureds to see payment information, make payments, view inspection related information reports, and view and print policy documents. To register for the Insured Portal, please go to https://insuredportal.mpiua.com/register. An online access code is required to register. That code is located on the top right corner of your invoice or can be provided by your insurance agent or by MPIUA’s Customer Service Department.
